Can I smoke or vape at Secret Hangout?
Secret Hangout is a smoke-free facility including but not limited to vaping and cigarette smoking.
Will I be recorded?
Guests will be on live camera feed to monitor for safety, but don't worry, we don't record audio. Unsafe and illicit activity will not be permitted, and Guests who do not abide by these measures will be asked to leave their experience.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
While a waiver is not required for the experience, Guests who partake in unsafe or illicit behaviors while at Secret Hangout will be removed from their experience without refund or credit.
What happens if I arrive late?
If your party arrives within your reserved timeframe, you will be permitted to still enjoy the Secret Hangout offerings. Your time will be reduced, and your end time will remain unchanged.
How do I reschedule my reservation?
To change your reservation, please give us at least 24 hours notice and it will be rescheduled free of charge. With less than 24 hours but more than 3 hours notice, a $25 rescheduling fee applies, and availability isn't guaranteed. We can't accommodate rescheduling less than 3 hours in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your scheduled game are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are not possible but refer to our rescheduling policy. Secret Hangout charges a flat rate for our reservations that hold up to the capacity of the experience booked. Bringing less participants than your original reservation will not result in a refund.
When should I arrive for my reservation?
We suggest showing up for your reservations at least 10 minutes in advance to account for our check-in process. We are in a high-traffic area, so plan in advance for your driving time!
Will I be charged to rent a board game?
Board game rentals are complimentary with a Secret Hangout reservation! Guests will be asked to supply 1 photo ID for the rental which will be returned after Guests have returned the rented items. Guests who do not return their rented item in adequate condition or without all the required pieces will be charged a $15 Mishandling Fee to cover the costs of replacement.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
You can't bring your own outside food, but we offer beer, wine, canned cocktails, and simple snacks. For group events, we also have catering partners you can hire through our sales team in advance.
